A study of customer complaints reveals the majority of complaints are the direct result of improper brewing methods.

Experience has shown the difference between a poor blend of coffee and a quality blend of coffee to be very small when improperly brewed.

The difference between a quality blend and a poor blend when properly brewed is the difference between night and day.

Basically, the coffee preparation is the extraction of ground coffee by hot water. This is the bare recipe. The preparation of good coffee, however, requires considerable experience and care.

There are six basic requirements for proper coffee brewing:
  1. Appropriate Coffee to Water Ratio (brewing formula)
  2. Correct Brew Time
  3. Correct Water Temperature
  4. Proper Turbulence
  5. Good Quality Water
  6. Clean Equipment
