Challenges – This was a start-up coffee shop attached to a retail furniture gallery.
How B&S solved the challenges – Buffalo & Spring had the rich hues that matched Riverwood’s décor perfectly and sustainable coffee to boot. S&D conducted on-site training that energized the staff. Because of the training, the Riverwood team was able to make suggestions and help consumers understand the differences between cappuccinos and lattes, for instance.
