Iced Coffee
We offer a Buffalo & Spring Espresso Concentrate for quick and easy iced coffee. Simply put 1 "shot" (1/4 oz.) of Espresso Concentrate into 20 oz cup, add 8 oz of cold milk or milk substitute and top with 8 oz. of ice. This makes a refreshing basic iced coffee. By adding Monin flavored syrups and Ghirardelli sauces, you can make a great variety of guest-pleasing drinks.
Iced Chai
Monin Chai Tea Concentrate is perfect for a coffee-alternative drink. Simply put 1 oz. of Chai Tea Concentrate into 20 oz cup, add 8 oz. of milk or milk substitute and serve over ice.
Made from a natural green tea base with only the finest ingredients, this product requires no refrigeration and fits conveniently in our Iced Drinks Display Rack.
Frozen Drinks

Vanilla Smoothie
Vanilla Smoothies are easy to prepare. Simply place 1 scoop of Vanilla Smoothie Base in blender, add 5 oz. of milk and 12 oz. of ice. Blend until smooth and pour into 16 oz. cup.
Coffee and Flavored Smoothies
For a Coffee Smoothie, add 2 shots of Buffalo & Spring Espresso Concentrate before blending. Flavored smoothies are easy to make with 2 shots of any Monin flavored syrup.
Chai Smoothie
Add 2 oz. of Monin Chai Tea Concentrate and 4 oz. of cold milk to blender. Add 2 cups of ice. Blend until smooth. Pour into cup and top with whipped cream.
Frozen drinks can be garnished with whipped cream, Ghirardelli sauces, nutmeg and cinnamon.
